Spesifikasi teknis pekerjaan CCTV

1.1.                umum

8.1.1.               Setiap Kontraktor yang menangani pekerjaan ini, haruslah mempelajari seluruh Dokumen Kontrak dengan teliti, untuk mengetahui kondisi yang berpengaruh pada pekerjaan.

8.1.2.               Kontraktor harus menawarkan seluruh lingkup pekerjaan yang dijelaskan baik dalam spesifikasi ataupun yang tertera dalam gambar-gambar, dimana bahan-bahan dan peralatan yang digunakan harus sesuai dengan ketentuan-ketentuan pada spesifikasi ini.

8.1.3.               Bila ternyata ada perbedaan antara spesifikasi bahan atau peralatan yang dipasang dengan spesifikasi yang dipersyaratkan pada pasal ini, merupakan kewajiban Kontraktor untuk mengganti bahan atau peralatan tersebut sehingga sesuai dengan ketentuan pada pasal ini tanpa adanya ketentuan tambahan biaya.

1.2.                PENJELASAN UMUM

Sistem Closed Circuit Television System dipergunakan untuk membantu pengawasan dengan cara mengamati kegiatan operasi suatu gedung melalui video camera. Hasil gambar dapat diamati melalui TV monitor.

1.3.                Lingkup Pekerjaan

8.3.1.               Yang termasuk pekerjaan instalasi ini adalah Pengadaan, Pemasangan, Penyetelan dan Pengujian Peralatan dan Instalasi serta menyerahkan dalam keadaan beroperasi dengan baik dan siap pakai, tanpa ada gangguan atau cacat instalasi.

8.3.2.               Termasuk didalam peralatan tersebut adalah sebagai berikut :

-         Colour Camera

-         Digital Video Recorder (DVR)

-         Monitor

8.3.3.               Kontraktor harus melengkapi dan merakit peralatan tersebut dan bila perlu harus melengkapi dengan peralatan tambahan sesuai persyaratan pabrik pembuatnya.

1.5.                PEMASANGAN

8.5.1.               Pemasangan colour camera dipasang sesuai petunjuk gambar, Kontraktor dapat mengajukan usulan lain untuk penempatan colour camera ini.

8.5.2.               Cara pemasangan colour camera tersebut digantung pada ceiling atau plafond dengan rangka penguat/ hanger yang diperkuat pada dak beton.

8.5.3.               Peralatan utama seperti ; Digital Video Recorder , diletakan pada ruang kontrol lantai 4 atau  seperti ditunjuk dalam gambar rencana.

8.5.4.               Kabel instalasi yang digunakan untuk isyarat video dan untuk keperluan control menggunakan coaxial cable RG 59/U, kabel power menggunakan  NYM 3 x 2,5 mm² yang semuanya dalam pelaksanaan harus dimasukkan dalam pipa PVC high impact dia. 20 mm.

1.6.                TESTING / COMMISSIONING

Setelah pekerjaan CCTV ini diselesaikan, harus dilakukan Testing dan Comissioning yang disaksikan oleh Pengawas lapangan.

Biaya Testing menjadi beban Kontraktor.

1.7.                Referensi Produk

Peralatan, bahan dan material yang dipergunakan harus memenuhi spesifikasi. Kontraktor dimungkinkan untuk mengajukan alternative lain yang setaraf dan Kontraktor baru dapat menggantinya bila sudah ada persetujuan resmi dan tertulis dari Konsultan Pengawas.
